Kinetic Sprint Triathlon: Lake Anna State Park (750 meter swim, 18 mile bike, 5 km run) 5/10/09 - 1st in my age-group (4th overall) with a finishing time of 1:25:03. Was only 9 seconds off of 3rd place overall!!!!!!
