Reston Sprint Triathlon: Reston, VA 5/31/09 (4oom swim, 12mile bike, 5k run) - Competed in the short course triathlon which directly followed a heavy thunderstorm. I finished 1st overall in a time of 1:02:25. Almost 3:00 ahead of the 2nd place woman and was in the top 20 overall out of both men and women!

Kinetic Sprint Triathlon: Lake Anna State Park (750 meter swim, 18 mile bike, 5 km run) 5/10/09 - 1st in my age-group (4th overall) with a finishing time of 1:25:03. Was only 9 seconds off of 3rd place overall!!!!!!
